Mike Josey: Co-Founder/President
Mike Josey, President, is an Okaloosa County native who has followed his interests in the construction industry since high school. Mike’s experience includes time in the Air Force Reserves within the Civil Engineering arena as well as the Marketing field while working for CHELCO. Today he has grown his business into one that not only designs award winning custom homes but also fills a niche market within the commercial construction marketplace. Mike Josey is a member of the Board of Directors for The Building Industry Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties. 


Alan Paul: Co-Founder/Vice-President
Alan Paul, Vice President, serves as the Estimator and Project Manager, overseeing the daily operations. He is the liaison with the sub contractors and works directly with suppliers and vendors to stay current on pricing and availability.  Alan has an outstanding work ethic, dedication, and a sense of urgency, and works diligently to ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget.  Alan serves as a member of the First Baptist Church of Crestview’s Building Committee.


Joe Ritchie: Superintendent
Joe Ritchie, Superintendent, assists Mike and Alan with the daily operations and supervising the completion of projects. He is equipped with a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Joe was an electrical contractor, prior to joining Mike Josey Construction, Inc. in 2005.  


Suzan Rivers: Office Manager
Suzan Rivers, the Office Manager, who oversees the day-to-day office administration. She also serves as our in-house book keeper, performing the accounting functions, while tracking and managing the job costs on a weekly basis. Suzan has been with Mike Josey Construction, Inc. since its inception.
